In my child's notice for the Math Olympiad class, it was stated that lessons will commence in the 4th week of Term 1 (next week is supposed to be the 1st week).

Found that piece of Parents' Notification cum consent form on Maths Olympiad class which was given to us last year before the holidays... it stated 1st week of Term 2. Freesias, the notice you referring to was the one we got before the dec holidays??

I asked the bus uncle yesterday, he said if Megan needs to stay back after school for activities in P3, he can help arrange for another driver to send her back. Per trip $10. He couldn’t tell me much yesterday and said we’ll talk again.

Oh angelyn!!! Please give us more info!! My girl is in P3 now and I would love to know if there's alternative other than me picking and sending her home every other day!! But $10 per trip....?? well, hope to find out more first before we decide...

Callie, we live in Punggol so maybe that’s why it’s $10 per trip. If your daughter is taking the school bus already, you may wish to check with the bus uncle. I believe it should be cheaper if you live near the school.


The Punggol school bus uncle is Benson and his contact number is 9388 1002.

Hi angelyn, at the moment my girl is not taking the school bus… i send her to school in the morning and 4 out of 5 days a week, my girl either has to stay back in school or head for her enrichment class directly from school. I checked with the bus vendor and he referred another bus vendor who operates the mid afternoon bus services for those kids after CCA…However, he said the services are subjected to a minimum head count so he is now gathering enough kids to decide which days he will be running the services. Per trip is $4 for us.


If there’s another bus vendor who will definitely run the service then it will be good to find out more. Thank you for the contact!!
