Its raining cats and dogs now. I am wondering how are the kids coping in their camp today…

If I am not wrong, the Archery had informed students that were selected on Monday. My DS was selected but he didn’t take up the offer due to high cost of purchasing the bow and equipments.

        Oppa:
Thanks Chez. I reckon the school should have some formal notifications thru emails or handouts to the parents on the logistical arrangement.

My DS must be dreaming in school cos he dont seem to be aware of all these arrangements.
        No worries, Oppa...

I think this is a very good platform for us to share information with regards to the sch/sch activities :rahrah:

They should be fine i guess... and my DS said they will be sleeping in Shaw Hall tonight (air-con).. :rahrah:

Btw, can we turned down the CCA if our DS has been selected?

Glad to know a group of concerned parents here. Thanks Chez.

Yes we can turn down the CCA after being selected. My DS send an email to the teacher in charged of Archery to formerly inform that the parents decided not to let him take up the CCA due to expensive equipement. And I got an ack from the teacher yesterday on the same topic.

Any plans on helping them build up their CIP points?

An easy 30hours for CIP is to join famine camp, it's held yearly.

Totally agree with that. Those of you who can attend the fri session pls highlight to the school so they can improve on the communications. Sadly I am not able to attend due to work commitment.
