Hi, my girl attended basic art lesson at Nee Soon East Community Centre when she is 4 years old too and thereafter, she was with Hansart for a while. You can try these two places…fees are reasonable and my girl got the basic knowledge of art.
Now she is school’s art and club …so save my money at cc and art school.
