Luckily some kind parents called "this school HOD"…and few days later, the air was clear and "we are distributing subscription form" and arranging for the subscription drive. -

The NLB have such magazines for borrowing but they are too popular that they are are always out from the shelves. -

It’s listed in nlb catalogue but I don’t think they will individually put in the name. i ran a search of young scientist Level 1 and got the following answer (just a short extract). But it’s placed under J SING section.

Are these magazines authentic, produce by The Young Scientists publisher?
I was told during beginning of the year 2012 that there were supposed to be from same publisher as L1, L2 and L3.
