Yes but they must obtain A1 consecutively for 3 terms on that particular subject & must fair well in e oral participation (OP)

About the HCI parental portal - try to use your ds’ birth cert no. for both userid & password with a ‘p’ in front - all in lower case. I did that & managed to login.
