Where to find great pineapple tarts?

Mei Zhen Xiangβs ones are quite good, and the packaging is nice. Looks good when giving as gifts. Also, cost <$20 per box.

Yeah, Thanks !
Am just wondering where to get yummy pineapple flower tarts, good CNY cookies etc ! -
I usually buy my CNY cookies from Poh Guan opp Hong Lim Food centre. I like their pineapple tarts which are crumbly, buttery & not too sweet pineapple fillings. Their hae bee hiam is shiok but I think stds drop when it gets closer to CNY.
I have tried Ikea pineapple tarts before & I also find them cheap & quite good for the price.
I saw one site recommended the pineapple tarts at Gin Thye Bakery in Bishan. Anyone tried them? -
HI Sparks,
now i feel like eating both tarts and shrimp rolls !
how much are the ones fr Hong Lim side ? Are they the wrapped
ones or flower ones ? THANKS -
I just bought Glory open pineapple tarts and they taste like home made ones. A bit more expensive coz made in Singapore.

How much are the Glory tarts?

Glory tarts from supermarket ? I used to love them but seems dry when i Bought the last two yrs...
Did u buy fron the Katong shop Cheerygal ?
-
I bought a fresh batch from NTUC Finest. Buttery good and pineapple is not too sweet. Maybe must buy the earlier batches and eat now. May go dry if you wait till CNY.
Glory open-faced type 400g going for $12.80. Ingredients stated are simple - no colouring, no shortening. Just flour, butter, eggs, sugar, pineapple.
I bought a Malaysian brand (Wang Lye) the other day and it was only $5.95 for 380g handmade pillow type. Wang Lye was good value though. No colouring and tastes quite OK. But they use margarine instead of butter. -
