Errr......my empathy is for the garmen......that serves the people.......in ways that they don't even appreciate............

.....as opposed to a garmen that rides on popular sentiment only.

I used to think so, but logically, does it make sense? I mean, if they are already new citizens, why they care if the gate is small or big - unlesssss - they have relatives who wish to come here too...
