From what i read in the yearbook, she setup the TTLT programme for HA students one yr after joining. And then, there's CLIP. As I understand, not all schs have such programmes to expose their HA pupils.

I always prefer someone be promoted from within to take over, as long as that candidate is suitable and understands the culture of the sch. Continuity is a virtue, often underrated.

I hope the new sci HOD will be someone experienced…I got a quiry anyone got experience with the sch buddy reading programme? My kid got a letter to be a tutor but it’s twice per week n we got enrichment lessons for most days…is it just reading to 1 kid throughout the whole school term? Is it feasible timing ? TIA
