Apparently RI posting is unfair or screwed up there are those who got English A2 is still accepted. 2 of my friends got A2 in their English are being posted there. And even though 2 of my other friends and I got 5A1s and raw score 7 and i got A1 for English but we are being rejected while another guy who got 5A1s is being accepted. So I have no idea how their JAE posting work. Yup VJ this year has increased their COP for science to partial 5. There are VS boys who got 9 raw score are being accepted
RJ uses the balloting system when deciding between 3pointers apparently.. Not sure how true that is. -

i already went and appealed. just hope for the best. i really dont want to go to cjc. cjc is not known for its science stream. ill probably go and beg the principal if she does not let me in.
unfortunately my parents arent that rich. -
Wooooh! Mine is Nett 9, Partial 5, got into Temasek JC (Science)
My sister is Nett 10, Partial 6, got into Anderson JC (Arts) -

FYI , my son got into ACJC , NJC was partial5, so we r gonna appeal
NJC appealing process ends 11am,1 Feb (tomorrow). Better hurry up to visit NJC's website and submit your appeals online. -
What category should we appeal under ?

There isn’t an academics appeal , or appeal with o level results kind of thing

i thought they do balloting for same NET score? -

What category should we appeal under ?
If you have good CCA records for performing arts (band, choir ...) or sports (track and field, floor ball...), you can appeal under CCA. However, that means you must join the same CCA if you are admitted.
If you have a reasonably good prelim results or some prizes won in varies math/science/... competitions, you can try academic excellence. The standard of your school plays an important role in this category as well. -
There is only cca excellence , science research , music n art .there isn’t an academic part . Besides ppl with all those qualities would have DSA alr
