Can someone advise which are the portals that parents should access for info and to monitor ds’ progress? What is the difference between Intelligent School Portal and the IvLE Parent portal (Have parents been granted the access for IvLE?)?

Hi, based on my understanding, parents can given access to the Intelligent School Portal (ISP) and the iComp. Student's results wil be posted on the iComp at the end of each term.

The IvLE is accessed by the students to view notes and homework posted by the teachers. I know of parents who access the IvLE via their son's ID and password.

The portals mentioned here can be accessed via this website http://www.hci.edu.sg/portals

My ds seldom told me anything unless I asked or when he needed my signature. In primary school, we often got notices from the school/teachers. In secondary school, we seldom get notices. So, I have to log in here regularly just to make sure I don’t miss out anything important. Thanks for all the info.
