One usually does not feel sleepy when one has work to do.. One only feels sleepy when one is feeling too free.. So, find ways to keep yourself busy to avoid feeling sleepy.. :snooze:

      I was talking to TheAnswer..

I supposed she does not want to sleep in the afternoon, so that she can sleep at night..
Hello,

I'm teaching tuition in the afternoons and nights. Where to find time to sleep in the afternoon? Mornings I still need to do lesson preparation and marking stacks of worksheets from tuition centers. I come on kiasuparents in between my lessons while travelling. Night time if I can get to bed by 11pm, I count myself lucky :?:

I really need more sleep :snooze:

Time to think about cutting down on giving tuition?

3hrs? Wow! How old are your kids? Mine are in p2 and p4. I will usually spend only about 1hour going through stuff that they do not understand. Homework they manage on their own most of the time and will usually complete within an hour. In fact out of 5 weekdays, they most probably have homework only on 2 or 3 days.

As long as I do not take anymore new students, I'm fine. I still can find time for myself and my family now plus some time every month for facial, Medicure and Pedicure. Housework wise, I have a part time helper.
I just need to manage my time well.

i will listen to radio while working. else office is very quiet until can doze off lol. everyone is doing their own work. i find that talking to or calling colleagues help to keep myself awake. but of cos, you chat while moving your fingers. if not, work will be disrupted.
