Depends on whether your husband willing a not.

My husband will be super happy to help me buy. He said he would ask for transparent bag if they provide!
He said it is the sense of trust that I bestow upon him to buy such an intimate item for me. 😓
But if want me to buy the similar for him. ....I probably go shop with a paper bag on my head. 😓
Luckily, he like to his personal stuff by himself too. Got transparent bag, best! Signify he is prime, up and running. :faint:

I have different views though…when the kids were still babies, I will be the one carrying them while he carried the diaper bag. Furthermore, the bag is heavier. But with the pram though, he would push it as he is better at handling going up/down the escalator.

Augmum:
Some posts in the last few pages were talking about getting husbands buying sanitary pad and wives buying hubby's underwear.

I view it this way - buying underwear for my husband is something I do with pride and love. But I won't ask my hubby to buy sanitary pad or carry my handbag for me. During those days when I need a hand to carry either my bag or our baby, I did away with handbag and opted for a laptop backpack instead. It looks better for him.

Getting him to buy sanitary pads is like asking me to buy condoms. Both of which shd be bought by the person who is using them.

i share the same view as u.....hi- five
For so many yrs, i never ever open my mouth to ask him to buy it for me, or
help me to carry my handbag.....
When gal was young, i was the one who carried all bags,
my handbag and diaper bag while he was the one carrying our baby.....

i juz feel that it dont look good in public for a man to carry a woman's handbag.....
of coz, some women may feel that there's nothing wrong for their hubs to carry their handbags....

:hi5: I somehow think that getting husbands to buy sanitary pads would un-dignify them, :siam:
:hi5:
This reminds me ......there was once when i was at the sanitary section of a supermarket,
there was this man who was already there, i think he must be trying to figure out which one to buy....
When he saw me, he smiled at me and quickly walked away without getting any.... 😉 😂

Oh...he is willing to...is juz me.....
There was once, on his way back, he called saying that he could buy it for me,
but i said that i would buy it myself....
So i always ensure that i have enuff stock ..... dont wanna last min job 😉

Diaper bag more heavy than baby meh ?
Yes....with the pram moving up and down of the escalator, i would rather trust him more than myself....haha
When came to folding of pram, then i took over carrying baby....

It looks nicer for me to carry the baby than the diaper bag...my opinion.
As for pram on escalator, I have no confidence esp going down. He will take over immediately.
He gets to be hero, why not? He likes to be one what.

So far never had any opportunity to get DH to buy any sanitary napkins for me. But if need be, I don’t see what is the big deal.

DH buys all his own clothes, he is the shopper. I’m the one who hates shopping. He loves lingerie shopping with me.

As for bags, I carry my own bags. I hate it when guys carry ladies’ handbags. When kiddos were young, the diaper bags that I used were harvest sack kind so no problems with dh carrying them.

My DH is the shopper too. He has more bags and shoes than me. He will usually buy clothes and jewellery for me, so I can’t complain too much. But his shoes drive me nuts. I think he hid some more in his office.

I had no choice but to ask him get sanitary pad...realized I didn't have anymore and I needed it urgently.

I am the shopper at home...I love to shop but missed out on that important thing :stupid: So now I buy sufficient packets each time (day, night and light)...enough to last me 3 months at least.

As for hand bag, I feel better carrying it myself...all my barang barang inside.

How many pairs of shoes? Kinda curious here..
