stationary.... sometime more, sometime less.... #1 is so lazy till she put the maths & chinese textbk in the classrm... although 95% of the books are collected n put in the classrm, she still say maths & chinese textbk are heavy... so put under her table lor.... arrghh!!! soclded her to bring them back hm n gotta put inside her bag....

does your kid buy fanciful stationary fm bookshop?
      Hi Reiner,

My dd also has the same problem of leaving her text books behind. Her bag is not heavy as her school keep most of the exercise books and workbooks. She just simply forget to bring them back.

I sit down with her and we brain storm of a list of 3 ideas how she can improve on this area. We started off to implement our first idea and it failed. We followed by implementing the second idea and she has shown improvement until now.

You might want to sit down with your dd to see how to help her reduce the weight. Is the extra weight coming from the bag? or unnecessary items in the bag?

Actually, it doesn't not sound heavy to me. Is the bag heavy?

When I buy bag for my dd last year, I noticed some bag's weight is rather heavy when it's empty.

It's really not easy to be a mum in this era. 🙂

DD so far is ok in school. she has a few friends and says she wants to set up a club. ((( she still says kindy is much harder than P1. her worksheet results and checkpoint results are all ok. some deduction due to carelessness. always have to remind her to check her work before submit to teacher. she also buys from bookshop even if i tell her not to.

she also has CCA now. we allowed her to take two CCAs since she is not doing much after school. but she wants to give up her dance CCA and change to Art.

we dont have parent teacher meeting yet. i hope they set up one at end of term. altho i don’t have any concern…

                      Hellooo friend,

sorry for being MIA for so long..
In the mist of serving my notice, will be moving on to my second job at the end of the month.
DS has lots of spelling in his school and his first holistic assessment test is on 28th of March - CL HAN YU PIN YIN - 5 % only but it is tested on the whole \" 高级华文\" as they just finished the whole book yesterday ( 1A ) now starting on the second book. 😓
