We went out with the kids yesterday. I was dead beat at the end of the day. Have you ever wondered where your kids get their energy from? They yakked non stop, dashed here and there, jumped up and down and can't sit still. Just looking at them makes me tired.

Is old age contagious?? I just came back from a Genting trip with my parents & met up with another 6 old aunt/uncles (mostly >60yo). Half of whom I have not met for >15 years. Looking at them, another ~15+ years & I'll be there.......... -
