Surprising the girls with a new something i'm trying out today..
They called to update me that the bus is late... feeder bus during peak hour like now is unpredictable... so travelling time plus minus walking the way back home, should take another 15-20 mins. By then the fish will be done and can be served fresh and hot from the oven. Literally. Hope they will like it. My first try. :xedfingers:

Yes, they can take sambal and sauce. One of our favourite family dishes when we dine outside, is BBQ Sambal Stingray. :drool:
