      TheAnswer:
Yesterday I tried having soupy dish for lunch. Yong Tao Fu soup (6 pieces) plus beehoon. I had that at 11.30am but I was hungry by 3pm. What type of food will make me feel more full? Had to have an early lunch because I always have only coffee and some plain crackers for breakfast at 7am.

Yesterday end up I had to have some cheese crackers in between my lessons cos I was so hungry and uncomfortable. No food. Get cranky!

      Any filling food suggestions?
      Eat more? 😂

Choose more pieces of the tofu and more fresh veg to add bulk. Fill up with fruits thereafter.

Drink unsweetened soya milk. It does stave off hunger.

Give your body some time to adjust to this new diet.

I'm not sure. Every time I feel hungry, I need to have something. I love chocolate. If have chocolate, I will be a happy lady!

I guess I need to have more pieces of Yong Tao fu for lunch.
Fruits/soya bean curd/soya bean milk can be reserved for my afternoon snack.

I hope I do not get sick of this diet soon. I love variety. How to live with only Yong Tao fu, fruits and bean curd :?

What about sushi and sashimi? I used to eat that for lunch very often when I was working. It was filling without being heavy. 3pm was usually my time for a cold blended coffee! 🕺

Then at 7pm we eat again, and work until 10.30pm before going for supper.

                My life long ago. 😂

Thanks for your suggestions. I will try cooking different types of soup. DH doesn't enjoy soup but I should be able to cajole DS to have some 🙂

Sushi and Sashimi? Yummy! My favourite. If only I could have it everyday.

Because like me, the way to your hearts is thru your stomachs. :please:
