If Adsense, all these handled by Google, but mostly income comes when people click, or what they call CPC (Cost Per Click).

          Hi Harlequin,
You do not need to log-in to garner CPC.

Yes, i remember Chief ever mentioned of CPC b4.....

Phantom, do the CPC for ads placed in Home page differs fr ads placed in subforum ?

Advs placed in middle page likely to garner more CPC since when scrolling down, may accidentally click on it.....No ? πŸ˜‰ :siam:

Now a days ads from Google is very advance. This is a whole topic by itself πŸ˜“
Which one have higher CPC? There is no definite answer, usually those flashy ads will have higher CPC.

How it work? It is based on bidding system, where the advertiser will bid for certain amount for their ads to appear on particular type of sites with certain keyword, then Google will try to optimize the delivery of the Ads based on which ever Advertiser gave Google the highest return for placing the Ads. BTW, this is Google Adwords, so a lot of advertiser advertise on Google Adwords.

Don't understand :? Just think of it like a stock market, the higher bidder win the placement of the Ads. Yes, it is just a stock trading system. :boogie:

So, KiasuParents.com is equivalent to a stock in the Google Ads bidding system
