      泡参性味甘、微苦,凉。归肺、心、肾、脾经。补气养阴,清热生津。泡参能补益元气;其药性偏凉,兼能清火养阴生津。适用于热病或大汗、大泻、大失血,耗伤元气及阴津所致神疲乏力,气短息促,自汗热粘,心烦口渴,尿短赤涩,大便干结,舌燥,脉细数无力等证。常与麦冬、五味子等养阴生津,敛汗之品同用。
      泡参亦能补肺气,兼能养肺阴、清肺火,适用于火热耗伤肺脏气阴所致短气喘促,咳嗽痰少,或痰中带血等症。可与养阴润肺的玉竹、麦冬,清热化痰止咳之川贝母等品同用。
      此外,它还能补心气,益脾气,并兼能养心阴,滋脾阴。治疗气阴两虚之心悸心痛,失眠多梦。可与补心气之甘草,养心阴、清心热之麦冬、生地等品同用。治疗脾气阴两虚之纳呆食滞,口渴思饮。可与健脾消食之太子参、山药、神曲、谷芽等品同用。肾阴不足之证亦可选用。

      泡参适合人群:
      风寒咳嗽者忌服

        I can't have a few showers a day because I have to travel from place to place to teach tuition. I have been trying to increase liquid uptake. Drink barley, grass jelly drink, chrysanthemum tea in between my lessons. I only get ice cold water when I get home 😢


        r u driving? pls don't drink cold water immediately when u reach home.I read somewhere if u drink cold drink,which brings down ur body temperature fr. high to low,not good for our bodies,esp. for women....i mean in TCM perspective.I seldom drink cold drink...always hot teh or teh si

        YEs, according to TCM, no good for the lungs, becos of the sudden diff in temp....

          I can understand....Car=Burden....

          not only financial burden...physical n emotion burden...hv to send car for servicing,STA inspection,car wash,pump petrol,top up cashcard,remember to pay roadtax/insurance.....
          Yup. DH wants a car but he knows I won't agree. He also do not dare to ever mention it again. This part I got him under my thumb.
          My DS has been taking public transport all this while. No tuition also. He has to rely on himself for Chinese and I coach him on English and Maths.

          We try to save 50-55% monthly in case anyone needs the money for medical expenses. Better to be safe than sorry.

              you should go for a blood count & blood pressure checkup. Maybe a urine test too to rule out pre...

                I thought its because of the heat so I'm feeling this way. The last time I checked, I have minor anemia, pressure normal.

                When was the last time you checked?

                    Wear 100% cotton, loose fit, wide collar, light color, tie up long hair 😄

                    I dress casual when I go for lessons. Usually blouse and skirt. My blouses are mostly sleeveless :boogie:
