Wear 100% cotton, loose fit, wide collar, light color, tie up long hair

spaghetti strap dresses/tops, bareback dresses, shorts.....

but those attire might not be appropriate for tutors leh.....

I have alrdy kept all my dark-colored black dresses/tops in one corner of my wardrobe....
really cant tahan wearing them.......

Sometimes, stress also causes menses to come late.

I remember mine was always late before I had my elder boy. So many false alarms, waste so much money buying test kits.

Then I was really pregnant, but still the test kits shown not pregnant.

Bring a small face towel with you, wet and wring it and wipe your neck décolleté area, arms, if can lift up your bras and wipe there too :evil: it cools down your body instantly... old granny way lah.
