I heard that drinking green bean soup cools down the body heat. Is it true?

green bean soup detoxify body.Add some sago. instead of rock sugar,i put gula malacca.

barley is the best drink,cool down body heat,good for skin....Barley is super food.

I love barley and green bean soup.
For green bean soup can add the sour orange peel inside. After it cools down, I love to blend it with ice. Yummy.

It is scorching hot and weather makes one feel very tired.

As a tutor, I’m afraid you have to avoid showing too much skin.
It is tough bcos you have to move around in the hot weather…drink more juices and apply more sun block. Take care.

Agree with you. Usually just sleeveless tops (not singlets) and knee length skirt or dress. I dress decently. My reputation is very important to me.
