How to stay 'cool' in this hot weather?

Haze back again? Darn. I wheezing the night before last. Skipped my morning run yesterday as my chest was still kinda tight. But my wheezing was due more to the incense paper burning on the lunar 15th and cos I went to pray my granma for qingming.


Just got back from my run this morning. My nose ran faster than me, had a hard time keeping up. I stopped running liao but the nose's stamina is better than mine, still going, no sign of stopping.

Not sure about the haze from Indonesia but Ching Ming is just around the corner. Just saw on the news that there are alot more choices of paper offerings now....3-d houses complete with interior furnishing/domestic helpers/chauffer, life-size cars, latest electronic gadgets etc. It's gonna be a tough month for you!!

Yah boy. Just checked, gotta make a trip to the clinic oredi. My inhaler expired liao. Remembered to make sure kiddos have their nose sprays and antihistamines but forgot all about myself.

same same...super sticky...i ran ard to buy things,went home cook then went out again to pick up kiddo....hv to change clothes in btw.

felt guilty coz lost my temper on my son...I was rushing like mad,he was still playing toys when reached home,knowing he has tuition at 2pm.

My boy was also testing my patience this morning. I was trying to teach him English creative writing this morning when he kept telling me he has no mood :mad: Running after the kid is literally some form of exercise
After that I had a few lessons. Today wasn't really sunny but it was very humid. My sweat literally did not evaporate :rant:

If its at all possible, I avoid the sun. I do not want to be oven baked or sun tanned. I look roasted enough

yes,no sunny but extremely humid. long wkend holidays...so children no mood to study..my son got so many homework....he has short attn span,also refuses to listen to me,so no choice outsource all to tuition

It’s rather hazy on my side here. Looks like not suitable for outdoor activities. Staying home to watch DVDs and play board games with my boy. Long weekend for him, 3 days without school and homework.
