Is Groupon a scam?

[sundaymorning]

Groupon is not a scam , i managed to get refund even when the salon cant commit for the appointment .

[jusfunsg]

Groupon is ok lah, I bought vouchers for restaurants and kayaking before and they are all usable. deal.com.sg is also safe, even got a refund from it before.

They are okay. But I think that their deals are not as attractive anymore.

[jedamum]

Agree. Recent ly bought something, few days later, the same thing retailing at a cheaper price on another site. This is second time for us. So disappointed.

[sundaymorning]

Yeah. Only selected services are worth the purchase. like mani+pedi .

The travel deal is more worth it when i book it myself using agoda , cheaptickets.

Anyone had bought optical frame with len from Groupon deal? Is the quality good? Will there be hidden cost applicable? :?

[xueyan]

May i know whether anyone bought groupon for hair services like colour or highlight? Can u share your experience?

is there a lot of hidden costs or staff is very pushy?

[buds]

I bought meal vouchers from Groupon before. No fuss at all. :boogie:

Today chanced upon the adhesive bra. This item always sold out, dunno why. I checked a couple of retailers and seems that this type is generally pricey. They didn't exactly have one in my size but I just try see how.

:yikes:

If one not enough, then buy two lor!!

I must try one first. If it is indeed good (since always sold out) and fits well then buy more. I can't possible paste two on each side to cover up. :faint:

Anyone tried their getaways? Their offers seem quite all inclusive.
