How to stay 'cool' in this hot weather?

worst of all,\"big aunty\" comes...very hot even after evening passing rain today.

either having migraine or headache...killing me almost everyday...the arrival of that 'aunty' will hit me with bloated feeling and mood swings as well. :?:
