Another lil dessert you can try is banana dessert pizza, like those from Pastamania. I have done up once with instant prata with raving feedback from the children.

      Ingredients

Banana (small ones called pisang mas)
      Butter
      Sugar
      Cheese (if you like)
      Chocolate shavings

The base : Instant prata.. prepared pizza crust.. normal bread also can.

Spread butter over the pan till it sizzles slightly and place the base of your choice over it. Place sliced bananas over the butter and sprinkle the sugar (to taste). If you have an oven or toaster, scrap the pan thingy... just pop it into the oven. If not you can choose to flip your dessert over to caramelize the bananas (or not - up to you). If you have Happy Call no issues. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Sprinkle grated cheese and chocolate shavings, (you can just grate them if you have these in chunks or whatever is in the fridge). If you have ice cream, can always add a scoop for happiness. :please:

Bringing us back to our conversation on bananas.

Todayโ€™s lunch is gonna be healthy hearty chicken stew with loads of vege, celery, carrot, tomato, potato, onion. Couple that with rice or bread. Comforting and satisfying.

                      Saturday was rough...

We all had early dinner of double fish with mee sua in spicy soup at Banquet's Handmade Noodle Stall....

But it wasn't filling enough! ๐Ÿ˜ข

Sunday was buds_hubs' running event... think the 2XU 21km thingy or something... so we went for late lunch after he had his foot reflexology fix at our usual haunt. I couldn't (get my fix) cos the auntie was out due to qingming. ๐Ÿ˜ข But because of the run, buds_hubs was on a carbo rush! :yikes:

So he was thinking up all the steak lunches.. briyani set meals.. pasta sets.. wah leow.. Because of the onset of heavy rain, we decided to go IMM for our late lunch and also cos we can tide out (the rain) in the mall plus check out the newly-renovated IMM... it's been awhile since we went there eversince they began renovation works.
