      buds:
      What was your lunch, Jennifer?

Was at Bt Batok this afternoon running errands, so settled my lunch at the mixed rice stall next to the POSBank near the bus interchange. That kopi tiam has a stall selling all sorts of deep fried snacks (which I successfully avoided 🕺 )

simple lunch - fry bittergourd + steamed egg + curry chicken + less rice.

this afternoon, mop the floors on all fours.

must reserve calories space for tmr afternoon :imanangel:

      today's dinner very simple -
      1. fry fish
      2. an egg dish
      3. brocoli with cheese

Hubby not back for dinner, so can cook less.

        Itching for ice-cream.

        :rotflmao:

I almost picked up a pack of fruity potong ice cream last night. There was no price list, so I put it back.

Jennifer, have you tried the braised duck from NTUC BP Plaza? So yummy! I could smell it from far. It was waving to me. I just had to get it.

                Not yet.

I cant eat too much duck - my skin sometimes itch.

That stall also sells nice roast pork, char siew...and lots more.. Can't resist..
By the way, DS and DH finished the duck. Still have extra sauce left. Enough for stew egg, meat and tofu tmr.
Must try the duck. Super nice. Got chicken also. If duck cannot, take the chicken.

Wah.. You are tempting me to have ice cream. I just bought some today. I can see DS licking his ice cream from the corner of my eye.

What can be worse? I'm shorter than most of my students you know.
That would indeed be very scary if you are teaching lower pri :rotflmao:

I oso wonder how she cooks brocolli with cheese.

I normally fry brocolli + baby corns with garlic, butter, oyster sauce.
