oh dear...u've to take care 3boys,not only 2...ur dh really so fortunate to hv u.

how u manage to clean up after cooking? Still nid to coach ur girls n take care the boys.
I also fortunate to have him. Seeing how the boys were cranky to have missed their crucial nap hour, he took initiative to have them both showered while i whipped up dinner. While he ate, i fed the wittle one. He kicked up a fuss after awhile... too sleepy oredi la... so i went in to breastfeed him and put him to sleep (earlier than usual) and had my bath. When i went out, chubs already finished his dinner portion and hubs was almost done washing up the dishes. I only had to keep some leftovers and wipe the work top and the stove. :boogie:

The girls homework today - auto. Dunno then come and ask. No revision today. Only violin practice. Then dinner followed by tv and :snooze:. Me as usual, tired oso hard to fall asleep. Especially on hot days... lagi worse.

The dishes he can cook are limited unless I want to eat fried food everyday.

envy u...everyday eat fried food still can maintain at M size.I've to avoid fast n fried food to maintain M size...sometx even wear L size for some T-shirt.

I do not eat fried food everyday. Usually just weekends and 2 Fastfood meals a week. The father and son already planning to have texas chicken tmr :siam:

So far still can maintain M size cos I avoid sweet drinks.
Ice cream also only mini size. Only ate one this week.

Later at 9am, I am eating a big meal. Need to have enough fuel to run on until 6pm as I would be skipping lunch.

go lie down with elevated feet and blanket on the tummy, this should help to relieve the cramps.

My menses is quite predictable, so I take extra care a few days prior to its coming. Hot ginger with honey drink and minimal cooling stuff and definitely no watermelon.

I’m sipping a cup of freshly brewed ginger tea now. Been kinda bloated lately.

I use old ginger, wash and crush it, dump it into some water, boil for about 10mins, add brown sugar n enjoy it piping hot.
