      Love Clouds:
My DD1's CA1 is graded from Jan till May, that's why I am worried as I can't follow.

Wow. I am beginning to worry now. It is so hard to cope with so many things in our lives - with work and children. I hope that in Sec Sch, I can relax a bit and let them take responsibility in their own studies.

can't exactly relax as son is still very playful. have to monitor him closer now that he is in sec school. supposed to have geography test today...last night while i was in the loo, he sneaked out to watch tv and when i came out, he told me he was doing something else.

son just told me...sa1 in 6 weeks' time.

class tests are very important as it helps to bring up marks for exams...next week 2 tests coming up.
          Hi Janet,
What is the difference btw class tests & SA? Will class tests marks be added into result?

:rotflmao: Janet, that sounds familiar! I guess we parents are mostly in the same shoes. Mine also doing this all the time. All they need is for someone to call me or wait for me to cook or go shower... then both also :siam:

Class tests carry a certain percentage which will either boost or brings down common test (ca) or SA. Actually all classes have tests...tests is the only word I hear now...son is complaining but I am rejoicing

That hubby at home makes my blood boil sometimes...he never practise what he preach...we agreed NO TV but he switches it on, saying he wants to watch news...after that, he doesn't switch it off

If I am hanging laundry or doing something, then father, son and daughter will all be watching channel 8. Kids will get a shock when I walk into the room.

I will scold all of them.

Hubby doesn’t know how to set example…so monkey see, monkey do.
Told son, if he doesn’t get that A for geography class test, I am going to lock up iPad with password.
