4u-78+24-u-78=243
3u=234+78-24+78=366

at first b=122+78 = 200

check

at first A have 434
B give A 78 ; B left 122, A become 512 ; then A throw 24 left 488
488 is 4 times of 122 - correct

On the 24cm side, number of squares that can be fitted --> 24/6 = 4
On the 15cm side, number of squares that can be fitted --> 15/6 = 2R3 --> 2

Total number of squares that can be cut from the cardboard
--> 4 x 2 = 8

Amount saved by Kimberly = 3/4 of total savings = 3/4 x $432 = $324

Number who passed both science and english = 40 - 6 - 4 = 30
