      I love potato too.

There is this recipe - cube potato n luncheon meat with ketchup sauce which I used to make before I was married. Hubby objects to cooking this dish for the boys as he has an issue with luncheon meat.

There is also a potato stew made with dried shrimps and garlic, 4 small to medium sized potato and 3/4 bowl of water + soy sauce + oyster sauce. Hubby + 2 boys will finish up the whole dish. The problem is getting the right type of potato for this simple dish. I find it tastes best with the Australia potato.
The dishes sound easy to make. Looks like we are on a 'lets get fat together' mission!

Seriously, eating potatoes and they go straight into your thighs? I don’t hv models’ thighs but er… Not very fat also. If potatoes go straight to my thighs, then maybe I will cut down.

I only know simple dishes. My children are easy to please as long as I follow their request - no oily, no cheesy, no salty/sugary, fresh food

Fats love my face. They will make my face round first then they will move elsewhere to other parts of my body.

I hardly buy luncheon meat these days...it has tonnes of fats and also the thought of floating pigs in china river

I use smoked pork shoulder (from Giant), solid meat and hardly any fats.

I was watching a Korean entertainment programme earlier. One of the participants made potato croc.....(cant remember the spelling). It is mashed potato, used to wrap some cheese/crab meat, then pan fried like a flattened pancake. Anyone done this type before?

Is this smoked pork shoulder only available in Giant? Compared to the luncheon meat, which one is more salty? Price?

Please share what dishes you cooked with this smoked pork :please:
