But bigger diamond got problem right? šŸ˜‰

Jen, I just watched the vid, wah, lots of butter, very bui bui leh. The Kids can have the bui tho, not me. But it looks very tempting even aft my breakfast.

I have tried a similar rec, fry chicken strips with onion instead. Lay cooked rice onto tray, mix with butter, add a can chicken soup, maybe dilute a little, lay chicken strips, sliced button mushrooms. Lastly place cheese over the casserole. Bake at 190deg til cheese melts.

If I buy something that cannot fit into my oven, hubby will say why didn't you plan properly? :spank:

DS fixed his own lunch today. He mixed his own tuna mayo with corn kernels.

                    1. Homemade tuna mayo sandwich
                    2. Bunch of red grapes mixed with yogurt
                    3. Thick slice of Sara Lee Chocolate cake

Finished brunch with the boys. The three of us shared Mac Dee's Sausage Mc Muffin with Egg Meal. But potatoes cannot share. So one hashbrown for each of us. šŸ˜‰
