Send her back y let her hv d chance to stay here to

repay her loan & let d nxt employer suffer? Dun b easily taken in by agency words!
Wen i read ur story... My blood boils!!!
If the maid is sent home, the one who loses the loan $ is the employer, not the maid. That's why most employers will send the maid to the agent instead of sending them off to their homeland.

I feel sad hearing your story about this maid. You have been ulta-nice to tolerate such behaviour. Can you just rely on the nanny alone then? This maid that you have is more of a heartache and headache, rather than a help.

I hope you can resolve this issue soon.

Please buy an air ticket and send her home. It’s not fair for her to be transferred to another unsuspecting employer. You don’t have to feel loss coz its very clear that she’s not taking her work seriously. If you dont have time to send her to airport just call up another agency to do it. They will gladly oblige for a fee.

              Thanks everyone for your suggestion.

I am seriously thinking about sending her home, but my friend mentioned that she still can come back fast sometimes within a month and her pay will be higher the next time round cause she is considered experienced. So, whats the point of wasting the air ticket and sending her home.

Is it true?! Is the application process so easy over there that they can come back so fast?

Yes, your friend is right. I sent my maid home last year, engaging an agent to pick and send her to airport. And that agent actually help to market her as I saw her profile in netmaid. When I checked mom history, true enough, she came back to sg within 3weeks from her departure date. I was the one who actually bought her ticket, just engaged an agent to send her to airport.

Agents also want to earn $$.

How much would a budget ticket cost to fly her home?

How much would the levy cost you while waiting for the transfer? (and housing and food cost, if any)

                        Thanks. Will check it out.

Want to check whether my Indo exmaid is in Singapore. She gave me so many problems, under aged and pinched my younger child. Wrote to MOM cos was concerned that she might return to take care of young children or elderly, but to date, no response or enquiry from MOM. Letter probably tossed in bin. Am really disappointed with MOM.
