Don't think you missed much if you already have the handouts given on 23rd Dec. Maybe you missed out on the purchase of PE attire. It is said that on the first day, please remember to bring PE attire for your child bcos I think the kids gonna play games to get to know each other.

Other than that, maybe you missed out on hearing the talk from the Dean for JH (Mr Christopher Cheng) & Principal (Mdm Virginia Cheng). The Dean basically go thru the handouts while the Principal basically spoke about how good NJC is.

I think the main briefing will be during the 1st session on 11-Jan-10.

Thanks, Vitorelax. We do not hv the handout cos my dd got in to njc through appeal and hence was not there on 23 Dec. Guess they will give us when we go there on 4 jan to confirm our acceptance. thanks

Actually, the receipt from Bibi & Baba says that you can exchange within 14 days. Maybe changing size is better ?

Btw, is Bibi & Baba open today ? I have been calling them since 10am but it was engage tone all the time 11

Jennifer & I all bought the smallest size already, didn't we? Well, at least I did - size 13 shirt & size 27 pants. Exchange for what? haha.

But I know of parents who appealed succesfully to NJC, they go exchange their uniforms (eg. acs or mgs) at bibi/baba to the njc uniform.

We were out of town when we got the news of our successful appeal. Just came back yesterday and will be going to NJC this Monday to do the necessary admin stuff. Thanks, Vitorelax, we should get our copy in a couple of days time. Now just worried that we cannot get uniform in the right size for her ...

When we were at BiBi&BaBa, the staff let us try out ACS shirt for sizing. At least ACS smallest size available is 11 (which is slightly fitting), think if NJC has size 12, i would hv saved some money
