Same here. You reminded me that I still have smoked salmon and smoked duck in my freezer.

Smoked duck....usually I slice and 'Mission wrap' it with salad vege and topped with teriyaki sauce.

Good idea. 😉 That shall be dinner tonight. I just need to buy some lettuce and cucumber.

Already have smoked salmon, mayo, smoked duck, tomatoes and teriyaki sauce.. Can have 2 versions :rahrah:

Oh.. I have ham too.. Make that 3 versions :please:

                    Tonight’s dinner:

                    1. Pan fried cod fish (the children hate this, but are forced to eat once a month)
                    2. Steamed pork dumplings with cabbage, onion, mushroom all minced up
                    3. Carrot+Onion+Tomato soup

If the delivery from Taka comes earlier, maybe I will go out to buy a box of silken tofu to add into the soup.

Still considering whether I should do a egg drop into the soup? Like a bit crowded hor?

My maid is sick. Told her to rest and I will get dinner tonight. Think will have to order in or tabao, won’t be home in time to cook.

Wah, I like your menu also.
My kids also don't like cod fish! Funny!
My menu is fen ge soup, fry ngor hee soon, long bean fry tau kwa, and kailan stem with prawns.

About the jap produce, me too, have been eating at jap restaurants :scared:
