Didn't get your kueh lopes issit? šŸ˜†

The lopes i bought from the Nasi Lemak Boon Lay Power stall was delicious. Not overly sweet, nicely chewy without going towards mushy and adequately coated with fresh grated coconut.

                  vinegar:

                  my lunch

                  1) fried salmon fillet coated with flour & oats(the oats taste crispy)
                  2) chicken feet & peanut soup

Please share the chicken feet & peanut soup recipe - high in collagen and good for growing children (Initially I typed chicken :rotflmao: )

                  here's recipe:
                  1) wash & soak peanuts overnight
                  2) trim off tips of claws
                  3) blanch spare ribs.
                  4) add water,spare ribs,red dates,dried scallops,sweet dates,chicken feet,peanuts.When the soup boil,simmer fr abt 40min.Add salt to taste

can add lotus root, carrot, then become lotus root soup

                    :please: thank you!
I nvr soak the peanuts, no wonder the peanuts are always not soft enuf, unless i boil them for a longer time.

Yesterday's soup was Lotus Root wif Pork Ribs ,peanuts and dried cuttlefish.
