u tried potato strips with eggs? Very similar to your cucumber with eggs.

potato strips with eggs? Need to pre-cook(boil the potato strips)1st before frying it with eggs??
cooking method similar to your cucumber with eggs.

I would use base soup to cook the potato strips - give it more flavour and a meaty taste.

So far I have only cooked the following dishes with eggs:

Kimchi with eggs
Smoked salmon with eggs
Bitter gourd with eggs
Anchovies with eggs
Minced chicken/pork with eggs
Prawns with eggs

Eggs seem to be very versatile. Anything can be cooked with eggs. 🕚

That's called 'mortuary' 😆
Very cold....*shiver*

Mortuary for the beers? 😉

And your stomach is their \"grave--final resting place\" ? :rotflmao:
If hubby's walk-in beer storage is BIGGER than your wife's walk-in wardrobe, that would be the ending!! 😆

this is a quick n easy recipe:
1) slice cucumber into half n remove the seeds
2) cut it diagonally & thinly.
3) heat wok n add garlic
4) Add n fry cucumber till semi cook
5) make a \"well\" in middle of wok n throw in eggs
6) fry the egg a while then stir fry the whole dish(mix it altogether),season with oyster sauce, salt, pepper.

Think no special recipe, just that my family love this dish!
If I'm not wrong, she will cook the potato together with the rice.
She'll mash and fry the luncheon met under low heat to make it abit crispy and also get the oil out. Add in the cooked potato and crush and mix with luncheon meat.

Fry the mix for a while and flatten and then add the whipped egg.

That simple!
