My wife works at 1 of secondary sch, accordingly to her most Sec 3 students take HMT this year. -

The girls only take O level HMT in Year 4. Non-IP schools take MT O level in Sec 3 followed by HMT O level in Sec 4.Hi Jtoh,

Town council also provide general cleaning service for public housing. No doubt litters, dogs' poo and urine are everywhere but cleanliness are still maintain by an external vendor. Which auditor firm do they engage?
octoberbaby,
If one person clean, 35 people dirty the place, it's a losing battle. Cleanliness has to come from the user themselves. Cleaners can do the general cleaning, anything outside the scheduled work that requires them, the cleaners need to be informed. The people in your dd class must inform the cleaner if they are not able to clean up themselves.
Whether town council or school, I think this protocol applies for everyone's well being. -
I hv read quite a few emails of girls losing items such as their library book, badminton racket, sch bag, portable hard disk, thumb drive n macbk etc.
I wondering what is happening recently. -
osim:
Hi! Haven't posted in a while, but what osim said is true. There are only that few cleaners in the school. Plus, I don't think classrooms are even in their job scope to begin with. The students were supposed to clean their own classrooms. That's why there's supposed to be duty roster for each class and even classroom appraisals.octoberbaby:

Can't expect the cleaners to always clean up our mess, right? -
The Y1 lose their things. Even whole bag could not be found. That is strange.

my DD cohort, no such things had ever happened! But DD did mention this is a strange year............BUT it could be any visitors \"strangers\" from outside. :pokeeye: I still believe all the gals are very well brought up, disciplined and good family values... Likely the cause is external visitors.... :xedfingers: -
