Becos whenever hub cooks, my whole kitchen will be in a mess macham after an earthquake.... :faint:
U will see spices, sauces, pots and pans lying ard....
And the worse thing is that, he likes to turn on Big fire, everywhere is oily.... :slapshead:
Hence, i rather he dont cook....
But when comes supper time, he surely 抢 to cook...as he gets hungry faster than me.....

Saw mummies here mention abt tofu and eggs…
Would like to recommend 1 dish here using plain tofu, eggs and minced pork with Tong cai…
( wonder any1 has tried this dish b4?)
A very easy dish, yet tasty…often likes by kids…Try it…
1) mash the plain tofu
2) beat 2 eggs in a mixing bowl
3) mix well the beaten egg with the mashed tofu, add some water ( i use estimation) and some salt and pepper to it
4) steam the mixture under high fire till cooked
5) season the minced pork with some soya sauce, pepper and corn flour
6) after washing the Tong cai, chopped them finely
7) fry the tong cai with the minced pork till cooked
spread the cooked minced pork over the steamed egg tofu…DONE !!! -

if no time to panfry the minced pork, can scatter it on the tofu/egg mixture to steam too

mornings when he cooks breakfast like frying egg, stove & floor will be oily...lots of bowls, cutlery to wash after that. yes, the pots on the stove will also be oily bcos he turns on fire BIG.
