        V simple one dish meal..

I used boneless chix drum, easy for d kids, diced, marinate wif oyster sauce, salt, pepper n seame oil.
        Diced all other ingrediant,
. dried oyster (normally i used fresh salted fish bt cant get in wet mkt..hmmm)
        . Dried shrimps (chopped)
        . Chn sauage
.sliced mushroom (boiled n squeeze dried)
        . Diced quarter pumpkin

All rougly stir fried n poured onto rice n cooked in rice cooker
Served wif parsely, kids like wif pork floss or ikan bilis... Yumm
Actually if lazy can skip d stir fry part n thrown everytig in d rice cooker šŸ˜‰

On other days,I used d above bt omit d pumpkin n added black sauc, add salted fish for my cantonese claypot chix rice served wif watercress soup..

when floor is oily and not cleaned, whole house will be oily after that...which is why i tell hubby not to use strong fire and to dry sausages/bacon with kitchen towels before frying.

I cant stand oily floor, mop my kitchen floor immediately after cooking while the other family members start eating their dinner.

Like the taste but not obsessive over it...think it's MIC.

Nope. Do not think it is new. We bought it a few times from NTUC. It taste pretty ok to my family. At least good enough for me to make subsequent purchases.
You can serve it as hot dish or cold dish.
                        Either use oven or microwave.

After you heat it up or defrost it, can go with rice, porridge or bread šŸ˜‰
You can buy to keep it on standby mode.
                        thanks! šŸ˜„

                        er...need to chop it up?
which section of NTUC can i find it?
