I saw the HE book lying on the study table, but I've not had the energy to ask her abt it. As for the 作文, she just completed one a couple of days ago (情景作文on\"妈妈的爱\"). She also just finished Draft 2 of an EL compo.
Yes, 考察tmr & fri. Today 听写.
And yes, we never know which day is EL / CL oral.
Yes, those were her exact hw! And yesterday was the first time she had to stay up till 9.30pm to complete the 作文 & study 听写. After I look at her effort, have decided to send her to 作文班 man!
Actually, the teachers did tell them which day is which oral last time, dunno why this time never leh... esp bear teacher, she's v on the ball one leh...
& I kept reminding her to ask but she's too shy in cl class to make a peep :roll: el teacher not in, rite?
My dd's 作文 is a mess, 口试 is a disaster and 理解问答 is .... sigh..... Pulled her out of group CL compo/compre class, and just started her on 1-to-1 CL tuition. I'm just about willing to try anything under the sun for her CL to improve. -

DD still does not have tuition. I'm waiting for her SA1 results. Meanwhile, she still watches too much TV, but the iPad has been confiscated. I tell her \"work comes before play.\" Wish I could confiscate the TV too, but DH will :sad: if I do.

SA1 Science exam includes topics from P3&4. How to remember so many keywords and phrasing? Dd can more or less understand the concepts, but if she does not revise/memorise the phrasing sufficiently, she tend to score badly. Anyone can share how your dc prepare for Science exam? Any dc goes to Science exams without doing any memory work?
Cannot imagine how the preparation would be for PSLE (P3-6) :nailbite: -
