pizza for dinner

      homemade, right?

      yup,homemade....not nice looking but delicious
Last night, I kept thinking of your pizza 😄

Did u make the tomato sauce from scratch?

I still have 2 pcs of Gardenia Wrap, thinking of making pizza tonight. But need to get ideas of how to make the base sauce. I do not think I want to buy ready made ones as these are usu. heavily seasoned and my children do not like that.

Edit: found a recipe here for the sauce http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/7243/pizza+base+and+tomato+sauce

        Jennifer:

Elder boy came back very late whereas the younger boy needed an early dinner.

I had to cook dinner twice :frustrated: and cleaned the kitchen floor twice :stompfeet:

i always hv a pail of water in the kitchen.Use it as n when i nid.I change the water once every 2 or 3days...lazy hor?

my kitchen is very small.Mopping is ok for me.....only don't like cleaning up the stove....After dinner,i wash the dishes,DH helps to throw rubbish, wash basin n mop.

I also leave the pail in the kitchen for the next day.

Ytd, I gave the hood a thorough cleanup. :faint: the filter slot is so hard to clean. At first, I did not read the maintenance instruction, just poured the cleaning detergent on it and scrubbed. Turned out, have to soak the filter in the cleaning detergent for at least 30 mins. I ran out of the detergent and used baking soda instead. Luckily the baking soda did the job. Now I am out of baking soda.

          stagnant water will breed mosquitoes.

I thought water with floor cleaning liquid will not be the right place for moquitoes to lay eggs?

                  Jennifer,

I didn’t make tomato sauce as base. I made "cream sauce" from scratch…then put tomato, button mushroom, finely chopped spinach(kid hate spinach,so hv to chop finely) & cod fish, then topped with mozzarela(did i spell correctly?) cheese, drizzle wf some olive oil b4 baking.

during the baking process, the tomato n mushroom will melt, its sauce mixed with cream sauce then become tomato+mushroom sauce…

I am boiling the pork tail bones now with 2 slices of ginger (thinly sliced). Think will boil for another 30 minutes -> total 1 hour 30 minutes. Later will scoop out whatever is floating on the top so I get a clean looking soup. The soup will be milky white, not clear.

The 花生根 is now soaking in water. After washing, will add to the soup and add in red dates and wolfberries. Then simmer for another hour.

Today, hv to stay at home.
