What is your dinner?

Jennifer:
I admire your dedication but I'm unable to do it. I already can't sleep properly now. My boss (at the tuition center) is just freaking unreasonable. Taking away my public holiday via SMS. I am just waiting for a good chance to throw my resignation letter :lightrod: :?:slmkhoo:
I don't bother with soup, and fish is counted as 'meat' in my home. And I would put the chicken, potato and veg in a single dish.
My hubby family is brought up with the mentality \"must have soup for meals\" (I cant do anything about it, though I myself do not drink soup).
As for putting everything into a dish, this is also a big NO-NO in our family

@Nebbermind
Yacon is known as 雪莲in Chinese. Bought it from wet market. Boil with couple of red dates, two sweet dates and 软骨. Simmer for two hrs at low heat to bring out the flavour. According to the greengrocer, Yacon is good in lowering cholesterol and weight. Enjoy!
@Jennifer
Bitter gourd with eggs, tomatoes.
Sauté chopped garlic n shallot with oil, put in diced tomatoes and thinly sliced bitter gourd, stir fry for a few minutes, add salt, sugar and pepper to taste. Almost cooked, add in beaten eggs to the veg. Stir fry a while to your style. I like to scramble them together. Enjoy! -

No no. Not tuition agent. My students are mostly via recommendations from my private students. It's the tuition center where I teach on weekends. Some bosses they deserve to be punished for being ridiculous. Anyway, recently I got a job offer from a reputable tuition center (islandwide) to do curiculum planning for their classes. I'm still considering. Anyway, sorry for going :offtopic:
