Get a bigger washing machine then you don't have to wash and fold daily. I wash about five times a week and fold three times a week. Dump everything on a spare sofa and fold when I feel like it. My kids are bigger now so they fold some too. Consider if your house is easy to clean - open shelves and uneven floor tiles are really hard and troublesome to clean. When I renovated, I insisted that half the shelves must have doors, cupboards must be to ceiling (no dust on top), curtains changed to blinds (no need to wash), all showers must have glass doors, old rubbish chute cover changed to new tight one so no cockroaches can creep out.

My husband now goes for boxing classes after sending my son to school (6.45am). He scouted around to find a gym on the way to his work place and with shower facilities. On other days, he meets his best friend for jogging before coming home. Right now he has taken the two boys out to a park and I get to rest my legs for a while...

I think your routine can be streamlined further. Eg pick up child, buy dinner, go home. This way you can all go to bed at least 45min earlier.

spelling - consistency is better than intensive at this age. Don't forget if you are tired, how much more tired she must be, being so much younger. It is a really long day for her as well. Too long actually. More sleep aids memory. If I have to choose between sleep and more cramming, i usually tell my kids to go and sleep.

Don't worry, it will get better. We all went through this stage. :hugs: right now must find your mini zen moments. Lunch break is probably your best bet. Have a quick lunch and go for a 20min foot massage around your office. You may fall asleep...
yeah, gog to get a bigger one..maybe 10kg...using 7kg now. thats when we dun have kids.

i am with you on the shelves have doors and cupboards to ceilings. :celebrate:

for my wkdy routine, when i picked them up, get cab and reach home, we go home and download their bags and then go eat downstairs. actually buying back instead of eating downstairs difference is the time we come up download and go down again. which is about 15mins. the rest like waiting for food, walking back after dabao or eat, eating are all the same just that its at home or there. advantage is that we don't really need to wash the dishes and utensils or clean the table and floor. :siam:

ok thanks for the advice. will try to get thru.

so i tink more or less my routine does not seem to be able to get or squeeze more me time. no nearby gym or pool ard my workplace.

Recently I barely get 4-5 hours sleep per night. Insomnia.
I went to bed at 12 yesterday then woke up at 3am. Stone until now. Hubs took our son out for breakfast. Later he will buy back for me. I was fuming mad at my boss last night.

Why do you need to wake up so early?
