Veg meals can be very tasty too :imanangel:

Veges give me hunger pangs at night.
The Bak Kut Teh I cooked today --> tasty
I'm having the last bowl with pork ribs now.

that depends on how much veg you eat[/quote]I love meat too much. I love veges too. A couple of years ago, I lost 9kg within 6 months when I ate meat, seafood and veges only. No pasta. No potatoes. No rice. No bread.

:yikes: was that part of losing the post-pregnancy weight?

Nope. I wasn't trying to lose any weight deliberately at that time. I just got sick of Fastfood, rice and noodles so I just decided to stop eating those. I lost the weight naturally. I ate lean meat and veges when I'm hungry. Lots of soup and fruits too.

I am not a big fan of carbo so it's easy for me to remove it. Even now, I do not eat a lot of carbo. I drink more soup and enjoy the dishes.
