Hi, I am not good with words, so I hope u won’t take offense to what I m going to post.
1st, do not burden yourself with issues your kids shld be handling on their own.
2nd, do not read the ksp posts concerning in laws. Every time u remember the unpleasant incidents, it will be like opening up the wounds.
3rd, if need to, activate parental lock on Tv n computer to restrict or limit tv or games hours.
4th, make it a habit to talk with hubby every night before going to sleep n kiss him good night.
5th, kiss him every morning even if he is looking at the papers or computer screen.
