Pureen Basic is also good and cheap. I find them no different from Tena. But need to invest in good diaped cream if your MIL is wearing 24/7 - skin gets chapped and can lead to all sorts of infection if not careful. UTI becomes v common, so if poss, yiu should get her to drink cranberry juice. Good luck!

Sometimes, unity or fairprice has offer price of 2 for $12.95 and sometimes with 1 pack of free tena wipes thrown in. Unity does delivery for orders above a certain amount.

My ex-colleague was also finding the cheap adult diaper for her grandfather earlier this month, she found Tena might be good but too expensive and can’t afford for a long time. Heard that she got one brand from Hong Kong, named Confidence Adult Diaper, cheaper and quite ok so far.

Can buy from JB if you do go over. Brand is sunmate.

Or can buy from giantonline. One carton of 8 packs about $60.

Is Tena equivalent to kids Mamy Poko…the best brand to use for females?

                        Any other brands to recommend?
