Hi Moom, I am using the Sharp Healsio Steam oven now. Previously was using a Panasonic convection oven. No space in my kitchen so cannot have separate oven and microwave.


So far, both works pretty well.

Made these with DD but modified the recipe.

Firstly reduced sugar, 2ndly used the Oreo biscuits sans cream, 3rdly added gelatine to help the cheese set.

This is an easy recipe, even kids as young as 6-7yrs old can manage it on their own.

How much of gelatine do you add?

I tried 1 tsp with 2 tbsp of hot water. The cheese was still pretty soft and the shape did not hold well. I think can try 2 tsp with 3tbsp of water.
