          Now she’s having a bad cold and lots of phelgm and some discharge from her eyes…seen doctor and now monitoring…haiz…Thanks for asking though…appreciate it!

                I think we need to have a checklist daily. It’s really effective and ensures that we complete all our daily tasks.

                  I agree with u.I need to make.I had it 6 years ago.That time i reduce my weight.after that somehow life has changed.now i have to go back to the self discipline mode. 🕺 In between i tried but failed. so i don't want to create a one first.Thought slowly improve my productivity.

                      weather is terrible…it’s so hot and humid during the early part of day…then rain cats and dogs in the afternoon. do take care of yourselves.

                        A checklist definitely increases productivity. I have been using a checklist for several years. It helps me to track all the necessary work and family commitments.
