I just checked the schedule again, and saw that for academic domains, they have stated:


“Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for interviews.”

That means there is shortlisting/screening taking place (probably ongoing now).

My first experience was in 2020 for DS(1). Hopefully, most of the schools would reply somehow - that will be helpful - for both the kids and us for sure 😉

How odd. I thought that the schools would (and should) notify unsuccessful applicants. It only seems courteous to do so. Then again, courtesy is becoming a rare commodity these days.

Usually at this first stage of selection, the schools do not send out rejection emails. I think it could be due to the volume of applicants. However if student has gone for the 1st selection test or interview, schools will inform via email even if it’s unsuccessful.
