In my company, we need these high skill workers with experience. I had one very capable and experienced colleague left my company and went back to Myanmar because his family didn't want to stay in Singapore. Actually some colleagues worked very hard and willing to accept relatively low wages because their kids can come and study in Singapore.

That's a good point. Want them to stay but no place to house their families. Sigh.
