Anyone received rejection letter from CHS? If not receiving any rejection letter, does it mean still have chance?
Rejection email, if any, won’t come so early. Probably will come after trials, interviews, confirmation, if they come at all.

Generally, unless the school doesn’t have a large (or good) pool to pick from, there’s a slim chance that you may have a chance. However, if the school has a large pool of candidates to choose from their trials / interviews (which you aren’t invited), the likelihood of you getting in, with or without a rejection letter, is very slim.

Most schools will have some kind of visual art programme but it still won’t be known as AEP, which is typically an O Level exam subject.
Yes as mentioned the DSA domain for RI is Visual Arts (not AEP) but I think the confusion arises as they offer their in-house talent development programme known as RI-AEP (successful DSA Visual Arts students will have a place in that prog) which is NOT the same as the AEP we are talking about (my sibling took AEP last time while I took MEP, all O level examinable subjects). Should amend it as Visual Arts in the summary list to not confuse people further.

Hi! Any parents got into school through DSA "Music Elective"? If so can you share your child’s profile and background in music and at what age your child was exposed to it? Is knowledge on music theory (aside from playing an instrument) a big part of it? Need to be in any performances or concerts or competition to increase the chances? I wonder if playing the piano is too common nowadays since many kids are exposed to it.

Hi, SCGS leadership was received by my friend. I merely updated the main list so that we all have a clearer picture for reference. Im not sure what her date is for the interview.

                  Thank you.

Apologies for asking..As the interview date clashes with the prelims oral and I am waiting for their reply on rescheduling possibility, I thought I can find out from parents who received the email invitation for any other dates of interview.

It really depends on how fast is the sch selection progress and the domain u applying.. previously, we received the rejection letter 1 in early July and the other 1 late July..

Just received an email from the electronic postman send by a certain school confirming that they have received the application and are processing the application blah blah blah.

Guess some (many) schools are still pretty slow when it comes to this DSA thingy.
